Chef Brock was born and raised in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Brock’s love for the culinary industry started at the age of 14. His resume consists of 16 years of culinary experience. Brock spent a number of years using his culinary expertise in the remote catering industry of Alberta eventually working his way up to Executive Chef. Most recently Brock has become Executive Chef of The Gahan House Pub & Brewery. He is happy to be able to bring his experience and talent home to PEI, where his culinary journey began. Away from work Brock enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and their son Tage. Brock strives to provide a delicious culinary experience for each and every guest of The Gahan House.
