Growing up in Mississauga, Ontario, I’ve had the opportunity to work in restaurants from coast to coast. While studying under chefs from around the world, I’ve developed a unique style influenced by Italian, Mexican, and French cuisine. Respecting the ingredients and minimal manipulation is the name of my game.
