Chef Jamie Power has 15 years experience in a wide variety of food from family dining, pizza, pub food, hotel work, fine dining, catering, dietary chef, intimate home catering and restaurant consulting.
Jamie graduated culinary institute 2007 and finished apprenticeship red seal training in 2012.
Jamie is passionate about fresh local food, hunting and fishing- an outdoor enthusiast.
