Chef TJ Kristalovich, who is originally from Vancouver, BC, has been in the culinary industry for fourteen years. In Vancouver, he worked at Pourhouse Restaurant as well as Hurricane Grill and was the Chef at Romers. In 2013, he moved to PEI with his fiancée and started working at The Gahan House in Charlottetown.
Chef TJ is now the Executive Chef at Fishbones Oyster Bar and Grill where he’s excited to take a healthy and fresh approach to PEI’s amazing local seafood. One of his favourite things about being a chef is having the daily opportunity to create something beautiful that brightens someone’s day.
